A variety of workshops will be offered this semester at Northwest Mississippi Community College in Senatobia, according to Continuing Education coordinator Patricia Lowder. The deadline to register is Tuesday, Nov. 10. The purpose of this workshop, which is taught by Amy Payne, is to explore the many careers and job opportunities that are available with a business degree. Students will learn about the different majors in the school of business, job descriptions in the different areas, job availability and making the transition from a two-year school to a four-year university. The fee is $15. For more information on non-credit courses and workshops on the Senatobia campus, contact Lowder at (662) 562-3349 or e-mail pwlowder@northwestms.edu. |
